This is a franchise so you work with the owner. I'm not exaggerating when i say he is the most easy to work with boss ive ever had. He bends over backward to support his employees and accommodate their needs

The selling part takes a little getting use to.

There's paid training and people are nice.

Zero communication, they play favorites with certain people, expect you to find your way to the site if your trainer leaves without you, lie to you about vacation days and PTO, expect you to use your own money to keep their vehicles clean, unreliable vehicles, and don't tell you when you'll be working outside so you can dress appropriately, the list goes on.
