Pros

Boss fights to have solid employees, no poisonous attitudes, great pay and benefits, office staff is supportive and very good at what they do.

Cons

The only major one is that this is a “road life” job. It’s not for everyone, but it’s what I’ve done for nearly two decades so I am used to it.

Pros

Amazing work life balance. Working by yourself, perfect for the divergent people. Company van with gas paid for starting day 1 that you get to take home daily. Penny (owner) is amazing and the best boss.

Cons

Small company so health insurance is very pricy (125.00 per paycheck).

Pros

From the local team to franchise operational support, every one demonstrates professionalism and support to their team and business partners. Local owners and service professionals have the autonomy to operate their business independently while maintaining certain standards including living the core values of respect, integrity, customer focus and having fun in the process!

Cons

When opening a new territory, profitability can be a challenge the first few years with initial investments and overhead.
