Spencer is a great boss to work for, and he's very knowledgeable. Trains and supports his employees. Also easy to get along with. Company culture is very positive and you get to work with little supervision after training.

You have to work on-call hours sometimes, it's a dirty job, too.

Owner think he can talk to employees how every he wants watched him scream and staff and cuse at them and put them on unpaid leave
Can't do any work in a 50mile range bc they have been ban from multiple twon and city's
