      Good for first job in Canada, they have a good reputation and have many projects

      Cons

      Low salary not competitive with market. Excessive work pressure as you'll be asked to account for every minute of the day and they'll keep you engaged on multiple projects at the same time.

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
