Pros

You can get benefits your first day starting you get you get weekly pay. The pay is OK and you get unlimited overtime.

Cons

During my time at NDCP, I encountered several challenges that impacted my ability to perform effectively. The training process was less comprehensive than anticipated, which made it difficult to gain the necessary skills and confidence in my role. Additionally, I observed that the facilities were often disorganized, and the management lacked the presence and support needed to address issues proactively. In particular, I found that the workload in the inventory control role was quite strenuous, and the compensation did not align with the demands of the position. This made it challenging to give my best effort consistently. Moreover, the absence of a local manager and the reliance on remote supervision created additional difficulties in addressing day-to-day concerns.
