      Pros

      Free coffee, not much else to say. The free food is god in a pinch, but unhealthy if consumed on a regular basis. The choice is a pretty good assortment of what you would find in a Dunkin Donuts.

      Cons

      What everyone else said... I too have had to deal with the belligerent stump, management so scared of the stump they run in fear and an executives that like pretty more than competent, so the bullying and high school tactics continue... Most unprofessional office I have ever worked in. No respect for anyone other than their own, and like others have said - if you are not 100% with them you better have a bomb shelter built.

      They care about their employees, lots of training and help

      Cons

      Stressful situations with customers, and sometimes can be hard to understand what the customer needs.

      Thank you for your review. I apologize that your experience with NDCP was not pleasant. NDCP has a strong culture of accountability. Our managers are trained and evaluated on managing operations and compliance. We also have several avenues for employees to bring their concerns to management. I hope that you were able to address your concerns prior to your departure.
