Pros

No pros as this company is ran by people who have no idea what they are doing.

Cons

Claims system is behind times! Heavy work load! Management has favorites! Work from home is not a plus as they overwork you and force you to take on additional roles! No backup when folks are on vacation! The team does the work! Management has no idea what they are doing! It’s all set up for you to fail and management to win! Phone system is trash! Double rings which count against you! What’s the point! Claims system is trash! 2026 we are creating tasks for required forms to go out. We are processing IMEs like we have an efficient system! Everything is manually done by the the reps! They refuse to train their medical provider line reps! So the PIP reps sit and answer calls all day! PIP reps do it all!

Pros

Great work life balance and management is quite supportive.

Cons

Migration to new system had some issues. Like not being able to access what I needed for work took close to 2 months. Still got paid though

Pros

Pay was good and benefits were good. Teamwork is definitely a plus. I found most team members to be extremely helpful. There is definitely a system to help you learn if you can find the time.

Cons

The company says it will listen to complaints without repercussions, but I didn't find that to be the case. Too many metrics to meet which causes you to fall behind. No room for advancement if the supervisor doesn't like you or if the team is short members. No consistency from team to team.
