      Pros

      There are so many good people at National Vision who believe in the company's vision and mission - and they live up to those values every day. Too bad the new leadership team doesn't care about that at all.

      Cons

      Too bad the new leadership is more concerned about stock prices and not the customer experience (or the associate experience). Annual "layoff events" occur to help the bottom line - so anyone with tenure should be wary.

      Pros

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
