Pros
Having been a nurse for over 40 years and worked at several other institutions, I've never felt more valued and respected than at Naven Health! Although my status is PRN, I have a patient load of 22 folks. My RNM is SO reachable, available, and down to earth! Never have I felt more camaraderie and connection with my Louisiana coworkers, and I've only met a few in person. Timely emails, text messages, phone calls, and Zoom staff meetings keep me in tune with what's going on at the company and up to date with all new processes and policies that affect me. My questions are addressed in a timely fashion, and I feel that what little input I've offered is taken seriously. My patients are so appreciative of Naven Health and the services I can offer so that they can receive their infusions in the comfort and safety of their own homes. I feel as though I'm making a difference, and my work is recognized. At other jobs I often felt left out, overlooked, overworked, underappreciated, and not valued. Thank GOD I found Naven Health where I intend to work until I'm physically unable to drive and start IV's! Also, my schedule is SO flexible and doable. Unlike working shifts in a hospital, I'm able to have a life beyond work. In fact, I love my job unlike any of my previous jobs.
Cons
I have found NOTHING that I don't like, except maybe switching from paper to computer charting. And now I think I have the hang of it!
