Moreover, the workplace was rife with side conversations, gossip, and drama, creating a toxic atmosphere that hindered collaboration and morale. Despite claims of being a "family company," there was zero empathy and concern for employees' well-being or family obligations. Opportunities for growth and advancement were non-existent, despite assurances during the hiring process. It became evident that the company's rhetoric of fostering career development was merely lip service. In conclusion, while NJ may tout itself as a family-oriented company, my experience paints a starkly different picture. Prospective employees should be wary of the toxic work culture characterized by poor communication, micromanagement, and a lack of empathy. Proceed with caution.
