      Pros

      Nemacolin Resort stays out of casino. Only have to go to resort for new hire or big trainings.

      Cons

      Resort has no clue what goes on inside the casino. The casino upstairs employees are so glad the resort leads don't come in. Casino managers are so afraid for their jobs, they are threatening forclousre of hours on hourly. None of them upstairs should be in charge.

      Amazing perks. Great coworkers. Ownership really takes care of you.

      Location can be tricky in winter. Other than that, none!
