      Pros

      - Locally Nestle has some really nice people working there with real lives & values. - Top leaders are runaways from P&G which means that Nestle is heading down the same rat trap of cost reduction losing to Amazon with so much short term focus.

      Cons

      - Unrealistic working hours, with so much globalisation you're spending hours talking to incompetent people because Nestle loves cheap labour. - Unrewarding, you essentially become a glorified ticket pusher with no job satisfaction because you really cant deliver on anything given so many dependancies.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
