      Believe in chain of command.

      Cons

      They were very pushy about people getting the Covid vaccine at the beginning of the pandemic. Making staff feel guilty if they were against it.

      Pros

      New Communities offers really great benefits. There is a lot of PTO, and even a fitness reimbursement. These things add a lot of value to the whole package. They also do a birthday bonus! They are good about recognizing employees and you can nominate your coworkers for awards too.

      Cons

      The pay is not super high because most rates are set by the state
