Pros

Some of the agents and associates are really great people, outside of c-level leadership

Cons

I have worked at numerous companies of varying sizes to Fortune 500 to 10 person start up.. this is one of the most alarming places I have ever worked. In short: deeply flawed leadership and a toxic management culture. In my experience, leadership is primarily driven by profit with little regard for employees as people. Ethical standards are inconsistent at best, and that tone is set from the top and reinforced throughout management. Employees are valued only if they were part of the company early on or if they do not challenge leadership’s beliefs, decisions, or requests. Speaking up—whether about operations, ethics, or employee treatment—is not encouraged and often comes with consequences. There are also serious concerns around discrimination and unethical business practices tied to someone in a very senior finance leadership role. These issues were known internally yet not addressed in a meaningful way, which further reflects the company’s lack of accountability. While the company publicly responds to Glassdoor reviews, including negative ones, these responses should not be mistaken for genuine reflection or change. Based on my direct involvement with Glassdoor processes, the primary motivation for these responses is to meet criteria for recognition programs (such as Best Places to Work), not to improve the workplace. Positive feedback is also incentivized, which skews the overall picture. Do not be fooled by polished responses or surface-level messaging. Feedback is treated as a formality rather than an opportunity for real improvement.
