Pros
Since the sale of the company there has been a complete change in the attitude and direction of top management. This is a leader who leads by example and actually cares for the employees wellbeing. Good things to come at Newterra.
Cons
The company has been run like several smaller businesses, however this is changing and they are being brought together under this new leadership. New ERP, CRM and HRIS will go along way in supporting this change.
