I worked here for over 5 years. The people are great and the owners really care about their employees. Had a great supervisor and some great techs as well

Having to leave the company due tomoving

The site is requiring me to write at least five words...but I have no pros to list.

-It's Florida so you will be drenched in sweat. -You will be hands and knees in the dirt -You are not paid by the footage but by per job you complete (which means if you have 400ft of cable to bury instead 25ft, you will be paid no different but will have to spend more of your daylight/ time, which means less money) -You are not given equipment to help bury the cable -water/electrical utilities that are burred are not marked so if you hit a pipe and it bursts YOU have to fix it. No, they don't provide what you need to fix it. (i hope you know basic plumbing) -while you CAN technically take a break, you are incentivized not to. As any time you spend eating is precious time you could be using to complete a job (paid per line you bury not per hour) -you better hope it doesn't rain
