Pros
My immediate leader is incredible and I love my co-workers. Flexibility is #1 in my book. And of course the satisfaction of helping people create habit changes for a lifetime brings me a sense of purpose.
Cons
I'd take food stamps as a bonus at this point. So disappointed in the way Noom is stringing us along. I should have never convinced myself that pay didn't matter. I bought into all the BS but it's time to head elsewhere. I have lost all respect for this dream. Tired of hearing that we are a start-up company and that's why we have to suck it up. You literally can work anywhere without a degree and be able to make more of a living than you can here. Transparency is a lie. At one time it was real but now they are dangling this "raise" over our heads (for MONTHS) but we aren't allowed to know salary ranges. There is no incentive to do better than a pet rock. Any "extra" work is for "experience" with zero additional compensation.
