Pros

MMIT acquired many companies and now the all the companies together became Norstella. MMIT had great work life balance and very healthy work culture before the acquisitions.

Cons

After acquisitions the culture changed completely. People from newly acquired companies are at higher position and spoiled the whole MMIT culture. Work life balance is completely finished !! There is only stress, pressure and around the clock thankless work. The CEO promotes the principles but after the acquisitions those principles are just for namesake. You can not share any issues with HR as they are not trustable anymore and there is fear of getting fired. If you want to forget your personal life and sanity join the Norstella team.

Pros

Norstella has built a culture that genuinely prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and doing what’s best for the company and its people. There’s a strong sense that everyone is working toward the same goals, and leaders across the organization are aligned in driving meaningful impact. One of the best parts of working here is the team environment. I truly enjoy working with my direct team as well as peers across different functions. There’s a high level of mutual respect, and people are always willing to support each other and share ideas. It’s not just talk, there’s a real commitment to helping one another succeed. The leadership team fosters an environment where new ideas are encouraged, and employees are empowered to contribute. It creates a space where innovation can thrive, and you feel like your work actually matters.

Cons

Being remote has its difficulties, but overcomable
