Thank you for your feedback. We are sad to have lost you as part of the NCP family and apologize that you did not have a good experience. We own our mistakes and realize we are not perfect, however, we strive each and every day to foster a community of team members who feel supported, cared for, heard, and appreciated. One of our core values (we do the right thing) emphasizes the importance of integrity here at NCP in addition to another one of our core values (we are kind) which calls for compassion in everything we do and in every interaction we have. We strongly discourage and do not tolerate nepotism, favoritism, and any other unethical behaviors. While each team member's experience varies, we believe our approach to in-home care provides the opportunity for an improved work/life balance.
