Pros

Patients and their families are delightful

Cons

Leadership comes to town and are negative, unrealistic and demanding Training is minimal and they have questionable charting practices Stressful work environment due to lack of patients, drive time and Clinical Leadership unavailable Zero training on corporate programs which from my understanding has gone on for years Low census due to late arrival to TN while competition has been here for 7 years or longer. Local marketers are very helpful, positive and knowledgeable compared to leadership. There seems to be a disconnect with unrealistic goals, events and including clinical in training programs.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Though it’s never easy to hear we’ve disappointed one of our employees, we appreciate you taking the time to share where we fell short, so we can improve going forward. Our team works diligently on providing training throughout the onboarding process as well as continuous training after onboarding. In the past few months, we’ve also added more training on our new programs as well as more resources in our Clinical Education department and anticipate this will help our teams feel more confident in their knowledge of the programs. Through our core values of doing the right thing, owning it, making connections, and being kind, we always encourage our team members to reach out for support if they are needing it or if they’re feeling overwhelmed. Our HR department’s door is always open to discuss how we can better support you! Thank you again, for your review.

Pros

As an RN working PRN, I have flexibility to choose my work days. There is a minimum requirement of 12 hours per month. I work in the patient's home as a home health nurse. I enjoy meeting and getting to know my patients and their families, teaching them about their health, and supporting their care journey as part of the health care team.

Cons

Communication between nurses can be sometimes difficult if something is not mentioned during nurses report. But we can always email the case manager or call the nurse if we have a question. I have seen it improved when we have a notebook to log daily cares and concerns in the home.

Pros

Interesting company, I wasn't employed long enough to know

Cons

The manager performed a bate and switch, promising a full time position with no weekends or nights. After quitting my current position and attending a week of onboarding assignments I got my schedule that was every Saturday and every other Sunday and management was not interested in working with me. Also, only 1 week a year of PTO for full time, although full time is also questionable.
