      Pros

      I was fortunate enough to meet some great people through the position with OSG. All my new contacts are outside the company, so I can retain these relationships.

      Cons

      Unprofessional. Upper management is not on top of what's really going on within the company, or the real world. They 'make it up as they go along'.

      Contract recompete was horrible. Zero information from the company until the last minute.
