Pros
The rank and file consists of many talented and passionate people who produce top quality award winning work. The office is a cool work space. Lots of flex time if you have the time to take the time.
Cons
The management team there was and continue to be professionally immature. They are all easily swayed by whoever they speak to last and cave to the agenda of their parent company, Ogilvy & Mather, and each and every turn. They back stab anyone they need to in order to solidify their position there regardless of the quality of work and the length of their tenure.
