      Decent place to work once you get established seniority, pay is good no complaints about management, most line all runs are nights or schedule working weekends.

      Cons

      Work life balance doesn’t exist if you’re on the wild board you work when they tell you to whether it’s your kids were there or not

      Pros

      Great work culture for those willing to come in and work hard and contribute.

      Cons

      Do not have any complaints. There will always be ups and downs with any job, but I have not had any issues with ODFL.

      Great culture. Excellent Benefit Package. Chain of leadership is always open to listen

      Cons

      (sort of a pro) Almost all employees at any level started from entry level positions. (Biller, Customer Service, Warehouse, Driver...)
