Friendly coworkers and innovative tech, but poor hygiene and flexibility - Program Manager Open Access Technology International Employee Review

Terrible office hours- clock in, clock out and heavily monitored via badging. Extreme lack of flexibility - leadership does not understand employees needs for work/life balance. It is always work first Awful building hygiene - has to hang signs in the bathroom not to use water bottles as bidets or go to the bathroom on the floor. Says a lot about how employees think of this company to say the least. Lack of growth opportunities Pay increases that are laughably minimal Bonuses that are almost non-existent
