Pros
Money is extremely open to you in the sales role. I've seen people easily double their yearly income from selling well here. If you sell, Organogenesis will take great care of you.
Cons
I found their to be a lack of strategic planning before growth or expansion territories were created. This was a sentiment that I saw not only for myself, but also for many of the new hires they were bringing in during that time. I saw territories that were not created with success in mind, and choked out TRS ability to hit and exceed goals. Additionally, I felt that higher level management did not give off the impression of analytical or data driven. The most disappointing was that I found their willingness to support you after the initial training to be lacking what one would desire. Very poorly developed training program. Onboarding was a nightmare on a whole different level.
