      NONE AT ALL, There is nothing good

      Cons

      Pay is horrible, pressure from supervisors, yelling on phone calls to you, telling you they will cancel your vacation plans if you don't meet their expectations. Who wants to work like that? The time you put in you don't make enough with the stress they hand down to you. ,

      Pros

      Work from home, No one micromanaging the work you do. Friendly team and support when you need it.

      Cons

      You have to be tied to your laptop for 8 hours a day, and you have to make some outbound calls as well.
