Leadership often feels unclear and reactive, so priorities change a lot and it’s hard to get consistent direction. The culture can be very political, and it sometimes feels like people are more focused on taking credit or protecting themselves than actually collaborating. HR has also dropped the ball a few times, which has affected trust. Overall, communication from the top doesn’t flow well, which leads to confusion and frustration day to day. I would not recommend working here.
