      Very good pay with no experience required Managers do not want you to fail/they will work with you on problems Very laid back work environment

      Cons

      A lot of forced overtime your first few years Can also have a lot of saturdays Bad coworkers are hard to get rid of Sometimes nobody knows what's going on

      I am at a lost to think of one

      unsafe work environment toxic work environment awful pay scales that haven't been reviewed in years yearly cost of living raises don't even touch current inflation job openings are virtually non-existent, when there it's not merit based lack of proper training(which has literally left to safety issues)
