      Pros

      Work life balance is great, perfect place for retirement.

      Cons

      not a good place for carrier progression, operates on legacy technologies and every 2 quarter company go through change of plans and discard 80% of the planned developments and constantly shift focus, move around teams and jump on different products

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
