Small company, so you get exposure to many facets of the industry. Good for those who are self-starters and want to take ownership of projects.

Mid-management is lacking in clear direction. 'Training', if you can call it that, is trial by fire. There is a lack of support from management to set up new employees for success. The pay is below industry standards and the amount of work expected is above industry standards. Witnessed a lack of respect for temporary employees who were referred to in a manner that connotated they were somehow lesser than the full time staff. As a FT employee, I think that is a horrible way to represent the company.
