Pros
Overall friendly environment, great if you are fresh out of college and looking to start your career in HR, Recruiting, and / or administration. Company provides study sessions to improve your knowledge. Basic Benefits with 401(k), flexible spending account for medical.
Cons
Everyone is forced to do overwork due to high turn-over rate, and company is constantly loosing people mainly due to managerial issues. Not a company to work for long term, if you want to advance in your career. Salary range does not meet the job description for both Business Development and Recruiter position, you will be asked to work very long hours. If you are business development, you deal with 99% Japanese clients, and absolutely no diversity in company. Poor management decisions and luck of communication is severely damaging the relationship between upper management and royal employees.
