Pros

I'm giving 1 star for the employees here. Most of them are very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to, and that's all about the good things.

Cons

Remember, it's still a "traditional Japanese company". If you don't know any Japanese culture, you will not get used to the environment here. Every employees here speaks some level of Japanese, and all the communications are done in Japanese. (even though recently they started including English in meetings to show as if they are moving toward diversity.) As many people mentioned, there is severe managerial issue. I can see micromanagement, and it seems like upper class managers only prefer "very talkative" people. If you are not such person, don't consider working here. First impression is really crucial for them. I also saw one of the senior employees here looking down on below average candidates. I don't know if good staffing agencies would also do such thing, but this is not humane at all and should not be the attitude of a company that provides customer service. Anyways, I'm thankful to my experience here since I learned staffing agencies are generally unstable (insanely high turn over rate) and there are much better companies all over the place. And glassdoor reviews are reliable mostly so be sure to look at them when doing job search!
