      Pros

      Great team and I love the families. I also love that we provide low ratios and that the teachers have one half day a week so we can schedule appointments or anything we may have going on.

      Cons

      The only con I have to say is we need more teachers which I know we will have soon since we are growing!

      Love the kids I used to work with.

      Cons

      They avoid behavior management instead of helping. Starting pay isn’t great. It should be based off experience, education, and work performance. Not just the date you were hired.
