Pros

The coworkers - because you’re all in the same sinking boat together trying to stay above water

Cons

-New Senior Leadership - ALL FROM ADP!!!!! - They claim they want to “help us be successful” but they don’t actually ask us what we need. -Leaders changed job requirements without notice providing unobtainable KPIs 3/4 of the way through the FY so that NO one can max bonus -Leaders are so panicked about losses that they are changing processes and requirements scrambling to appease stakeholders -Your feedback doesn’t matter so don’t bother giving it or you will be a target for retaliation -Changed travel requirements from 15% to 40-50% without any notice nor compensation of any kind -Immediate shut down of all internal culture-building activities with the new ADP leadership -Worst job I’ve ever had - please take my advice and DO NOT take a job offer from here!!

Pros

There used to be many. By the time I left all of the pros had been phased out. The only pro was allowing some people to stay remote- but if you wanted to advance in your career you would be forced back in office.

Cons

Low pay. Micromanaging. Hiring leadership from outside Paylocity and even outside of the industry. Major and extreme departmental changes rapidly. Change is a part of business but in six months my role became unrecognizable. I was there for five years and had planned to be there for much longer. This last year was terrible. Low communication from all leadership. Higher and higher expectations of employees with no bonuses or pay raises to accommodate. My regional director was forcing people out and speaking badly about employees regularly.
