Needs more stability but overall awesome company

-Competitive pay (more than the average) -Strong employee discount for both apparel and equipment -Got to workout during downtime -Snacks, coffee, and tea provided -Store events -Company ERGs

-Switched to "uniforms" that were t-shirts -Dealt with a lot of negative publicity of the company, sometimes made it hard to close a sale -Lack of assistance with customer issues. No access to resources to try to help them except to call customer service -Overall, company financials have been down resulting in multiple rounds of layoffs
