Pencco is the perfect fit where you work for a small enough company to know all the leadership but big enough to have job security and plenty of room for company growth.

They are working on improving their benefits.

Decent looking office but it is infested with wasps and some areas in the office smell like dead animals.

The company is run by people with little corporate experience. The CFO has spent an average of 8 months on each job in her career and fires people at on a whim. An entire company cannot be run efficiently and effectively by ONE person. And one person does not possess all of the skills sets required to do so. Turnover is high across the board. The benefits are too expensive to afford. Morale stays low because every few weeks someone else gets fired. It's a toxic and unstable environment. They've hired some good people but the CFO won't let them do their jobs. Meddles. Bullies. Disrespectful talk and tone. Within a few months they suck the life out of you. Safety is in the toilet. And things haven't gotten much better since the fatal accident in North Carolina a few years back.
