Decent - Technical Support Representative Pencor Services Employee Review

I worked at Blue Ridge Cable 11 in Ephrata, PA a subsidiary of Pencor. I can't speak to what it is like at Pencor, but at Blue Ridge Cable 11, it is awesome. Great people, excellent work-life balance. Compensation is not good, but the health, vacation and sick benefits outweigh the pay.

Compensation could be better, but I understand why. Also, there needs to be a way to move up and stay in the company.
