Pros

Flexibility with your schedule as long as your reaching your goals.

Cons

The company is slowly deteriorating. The product itself is phasing out and the management is attempting to apply more pressure to the reps to make up for it. Upper management doesn’t have actual sales experience and then attempts to micromanage their sales teams with no idea of what is actually happening. The sales reps have a negative view of the upper management.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with Petro, I really like the sales commission you could get for selling service agreements

Cons

Pricing calls training, it was basic but there was a lot of metrics you had to meet. I felt unprepared

Pros

The PEOPLE are amazing, I love working with them! The pay is less than satisfactory - less than $600 per week ($580 average) with an average of 41 hour work week [does not make ends meet in this economy]. You're also supposed to get yearly employment reviews - I have not received a single one in this time, nor have I received an increase in pay after my promotion. I started in customer service at the bare minimum $18 per hour (My fault, I should have fought harder for a higher wage initially). They are caring and friendly people to work with in this office and I do love the atmosphere. I would love an increase in pay and for it not to be treated like taboo for more remote time when work is being completed more efficiently outside of the office. But generally I do find this to be a great work place with great team work and really helpful leadership.

Cons

We are understaffed, it's hard to cater to the companies expectations at times and they do offer hybrid work but it's almost as if it's frowned up if you would prefer to work at home more than the allowed 2 days even when the work is being done more efficiently outside the office.
