      Pros

      - Really tight and focused team - Work environment is calm and clean - Spontaneous internal events ranging from Python Hackathons to PingPong-Beer-Pizza night. - Hard work and smart people - I think we'll acheive great things.

      Cons

      When growing - there is always strain. And the company grown constantly the past years and will continue to do so. People (management) are aware however, and do whatever they can to avoid avoidable problems.
