      Grateful to Grow with PointClickCare 💙 I’ve been part of the PointClickCare journey since 2014, including three years as a contractor (all Remote work) and I can honestly say it feels like home. Unlike other places where you’re just a number, PCC sees you, knows you, and invests in you. I started in Customer Support as a contractor and now serve as a Software Trainer. The opportunities for growth here are real. My manager inspires us daily to reach beyond our current roles, and she actively supports our development. From tools like Thrive and AI to the incredible people I work with, PCC equips us to be our best. I have nothing but respect for this company and hope to continue growing here for many more years. #LifeAtPCC #CareerGrowth #Gratitude #SoftwareTrainer #PointClickCare

      Pros

      Working here was good at one point

      Cons

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
