      Ok pay, upper management within reach, company vehicle to take home only at certain shops. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Favoritism, personal issues will get you blackballed from overtime. Very tough work from time to time. No admin outside of corporate office, poor communication, gossip, understaffed, on call
