      Pros

      - People. Met amazing people who've become life long friends. - Opportunity to manage large projects.

      Cons

      - Flexibility. Still a traditional company that doesn't like people WFH. COVID has changed that but let's see what happens once this is over. - The industry is too volatile. - Lots of politics. Firing people for personal grudges. Too many organizational changes. Some awful leaders. - Projects move too slowly.

      Pros

      Great culture, awesome benefits, great work life balance! Populus and it's really cares about their employees. They are always looking for ways to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction. They allow for a hybrid working schedule and offers a generous PTO plan. Leadership is supportive and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and transparency. Glad I work here.

      No future vision or loyalty.

      Cons

      Toxic environment with maybe the worst pay discrepancy in the business. No future.
