Pros

If you're looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry, Premier Health is a good launch pad. The executive level leadership have a good vision and outlook. Company stated values are people focused and well documented.

Cons

Poor leadership at the director levels of the company due to lack of true leadership experience. Those who are tactfully good at their jobs promote to leadership. Management (directors/managers) is not held accountable for performance that negatively impact patients. Promotions limited to personal favorites versus best person for the job. Interviews are a façade, just going through the motions. Hiring manager/director predetermine who they want for the promotion. Growth and promotions based on playing the game/very political.

Cons

It does not pay the most, but they treat their workers very well and give them lote of time off to make up for that.
