Great work environment. Nearly every coworker and all the managers were very nice and pleasant to work with. Promotions are common if you're good at the job.

Pay could have been better. Similar roles in other companies pay more.

A number of knowledgeable people are still there.

A big culture shift and a lot of long time folks are retiring or moving on.
