Pros
A typical day at Premise Health is busy but manageable, balancing operations, staff support, and patient care across sites. I’m constantly problem-solving and making sure things run smoothly.
I feel like I finally found my place as a nurse in leadership. I’ve learned how to lead confidently, think strategically, and support my team while still staying connected to patient care.
Management has been a huge positive. I have leaders that genuinely believe in me and empower me to make decisions and grow, which has made a big difference in my confidence and performance.
The workplace culture is supportive and patient-centered. There’s a strong team dynamic, and people care about the work they do.
The hardest part is juggling multiple priorities at once, but the most enjoyable part is the work-life balance and feeling valued in what I do.
I don't take my work home with me, and in fact, it's discouraged to do so. I have incredible work/life balance, and I've never been so happy.
Cons
Honestly.. none. Maybe working 5x8, but as a nurse in leadership, that's almost always a given.
