      Decent pay and lots to learn

      Cons

      Managers will micromanage you. Company is PE owned and run so incredibly lean that you will do the work of two or more people in your role. I would not recommend working here unless you cannot find a different job.

      The salary is a nice offset for the terrible schedule

      Cons

      Rotating Shift Work, Oral Presentation for Skillblock must be passed or fired even though running process without assistance or complaints
