Pros
Friendly and down to earth atmosphere, and fellow employees are friendly. Most of the people that work here are easy to get along with and want to do the best they can.
Cons
Management is shady and underhanded. They have a pattern of making something sound better than it is, and then find a way to cut your compensation. They also have been trying to cut out all the personal perks to working at this company, and their employees are taking notice. They say they pay competitively, but they don't tell you out of the 30-40 drivers only a small handful of them are actually paid on par with the big dogs in this business. This is a family owned company, but it's not your family.
