Pros
The people, the leadership, the clients, the culture, the balance. This is the best, most cohesive team I've ever worked with. I'm incredibly inspired by how intelligent and collaborative my team members are. Folks are generous with their time and knowledge. The team enjoys working together, and clients can tell - the energy is contagious, and they enjoy working with us as much as we enjoy working with them. Many team members have cool projects/hobbies happening both in and outside of work which keeps things interesting and balanced. I can see myself here for the long haul.
