We recently announced to US employees that we are looking at the 401(k), so stay tuned!
On consistency across locations, our RMDs and HR Leaders review promotions, compensation, and bonuses across the offices within a region to ensure fairness and consistency. Then, I review the regions' recommendations with Solution Leaders, the Executive Team, and with our CEO to promote consistency across the country.
I would also encourage those who feel "stuck" to raise the issue ASAP so that we can work with them to address it. Dialogue around work experiences and career interests is the goal of the career checkpoint discussions with your Advisor.
I assure you that we will keep listening and making adjustments so that we are fine tuning our organization and the Protiviti experience.
