Pros

Great snacks, access to restaurants close by for lunch, and casual and relaxed dress code.

Cons

Don't be fooled by other reviews here on Glassdoor for Pushpay like "Fast-paced and challenging, but super rewarding!" "incredible company!" or, this is my favorite "This is the real deal!" There are employees who are instructed to purposely post fake reviews to boost ratings as a desperate move. You have to be a complete moron to buy into reviews like "Great Company Culture and More!" STAY AWAY! They under pay you, show you how to lie and cheat customers, make you work long hours all under the pressure of "the mission of giving back to the ministry" (hence why mostly all employees from top to bottom in all departments are strongly faith based and attend the same churches)This is where the control is. Work long hours for little pay lying to customers under the pressure of your faith is disgustingly wrong. Discrimination is rampant here. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Pros

Individual coworkers are amazing. People believe deeply in the mission of the company and work hard.

Cons

Compensation is not where it should be considering the office locations and lack of remote work options. Hiring and promotion is very political. Processes are extremely inefficient, so "running lean" just becomes "overworked and underpaid", especially with current roles not being backfilled when people leave.
